- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on panties, shapewear, or any opened intimate item.
- Sale or clearance items are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- Size exchanges are allowed for bras and tops if stock is available.
- Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of receipt.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
